I naturally have thick and wavy hair and I usually keep it short/medium length but my hair grows so quick. I spend alot of time and money cutting my hair so I though of growing it. Whats the best kind of hair style?

How about getting braids or dreadlocks, the braids would allow your hair to grow with the with the option of change. Dreadlocks would be a way for it to grow but you would not have any option beyond that. good luck
